The Power of Your Story

It is not about discovering why you lived what you lived. It is about what you can learn from what you lived — and how that learning can rewrite your story.

A keynote that gives your team the starting point it is missing: people who listen to each other, generations that recognize one another, and a culture where it is safe to say what is really going on.

The challenge

Your company maps risks. But can people say them out loud?

  • Silent burnout. Overload and pressure for results rarely reach HR as a request for help. They arrive as sick leave, turnover and disengagement.
  • Generations that do not understand each other. Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z share the same room with different codes. Without conversation, labels appear, and labels become conflict.
  • Brazil's NR-1 raised the bar. Psychosocial risk factors are now part of the GRO/PGR (Brazil's occupational risk management framework), with enforcement and fines since May 26, 2026 (MTE Ordinance No. 765/2025). Mapping is mandatory, but you can only map what people feel safe enough to say.
The keynote

We all carry a story. The problem is not the story we were told — it is the story we keep telling ourselves.

In this keynote, Wesley Meoli presents StoryHealing: a narrative path to look at your own story with presence and listening, find the meaning hidden in it, and rewrite your narrative from there.

When someone tells their own story honestly, they give others permission to do the same. Culture becomes more human because people begin to see each other beyond job titles. Want to go further? Pair the keynote with the Cine-Talk: a screening of the short film I See You (Eu Vejo Você®, 15 min) followed by a facilitated conversation with the team.

What is StoryHealing?

StoryHealing is a narrative method developed by Wesley Meoli to look at your own story, find meaning in what you lived, and rewrite the narrative from what you learned, not from the pain.

It is not about discovering why you lived what you lived. It is about what you can learn from what you lived.

What it covers

  • How to look at your own story without judgment
  • How active listening begins with listening to yourself
  • How to find meaning in what you lived
  • How to rewrite your narrative from meaning, not from pain
  • How a reframed story transforms teams, families and communities
For teams and leaders

A starting point for listening across generations.

With more than three decades in broadcasting, media and audiovisual storytelling, Wesley Meoli brings the craft of storytelling into corporate culture. The Power of Your Story is a keynote built as a starting point for internal communication, mental health awareness and psychological safety at work.

It speaks to the generations that share the same workplace (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z) and to the barriers that come with it: isolation, pressure and difficulty saying what is going on. Through human stories, participants are invited to look beyond job titles, recognize what they have in common and find real reasons to admire one another.

The aim is to open a conversation, not to solve it: colleagues who listen to each other build trust and belonging. It is an awareness action. It does not replace a workplace risk assessment, occupational health and safety services or psychological care, and it makes no promise of compliance with any legal requirement.

What your company gains

What changes after the conversation.

  • Organizational climate: colleagues who listen to each other build trust and belonging.
  • Talent retention: people stay where they feel seen, not just hired.
  • Psychological safety: a starting point for an environment where speaking up is safe.
  • Intergenerational dialogue: fewer labels and more real reasons to admire one another.
  • Internal communication: a shared narrative, lived by the team itself.
  • In dialogue with NR-1: an awareness action that complements the PGR and occupational safety teams.
